LIVE FEED FROM THE 3RD ANNUAL ROCKET CITY TROMBONE CHRISTMAS
The 3rd Annual Rocket City Trombone Christmas at Stovehouse in Huntsville, AL was great! We welcomed 35 trombonists from 21 different cities from three different states! That is a formula for awesome!
This year was the first year to have the mighty Contrabass Trombone join in on the fun. BUT, it was not just a Contrabass Trombone....it was THREE CONTRABASS TROMBONES!
This year's venue was the Stovehouse. This was such an amazing venue because it has everything a trombone player needs in life. Food, Beer, and making music. Originally, the event was going to happen in the Leisure Lawn section of the Stovehouse. But, due to the weather we were able to utilize The Shed for our performance and stay dry.
I must give a huge shoutout to the people that helped this event happen.

Beth Sullivan for supporting my crazy ideas and picking up the loose ends at the event.
Kyle Sullivan for recording the event each year.
David Jackson for volunteering to conduct so I would not have to wave a stick.
Davin Kyle for joining Trombone Christmas as a conductor...even though he is a trumpet player.
